Jupiter Research and Advisors generally does not offer refunds on subscription services, except in exceptional circumstances. Once a subscription is activated, the fees paid are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.

Equipment & Operation

You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of our services. Jupiter Research and Advisors shall not be liable for any damages to your equipment resulting from your use of the services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration to be held in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

These terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
