We offer detailed equity research based on SEBI-regulated securities. All our recommendations are supported by documented analysis. Index/sector-level technical commentary is exempt from SEBI registration, but we maintain professional standards throughout.

Yes. Research analysts and their associates are not allowed to:

• Trade in a stock 30 days before and 5 days after publishing a report
• Trade against their own recommendation
• Invest in IPOs of companies they cover

All clients receive our Terms & Conditions and Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) at the time of onboarding. Institutional clients and QIBs are exempt from signing MITC, but we ensure full disclosure is made to all parties.

We record client interactions (email, SMS, calls) as per SEBI norms. These records help us handle client complaints efficiently and transparently.

Yes. Jupiter Research & Advisors Pvt. Ltd. maintains the required deposit with RAASB based on the number of clients. All reports are offered strictly for research purposes — no advisory, tips, or portfolio management services.
